You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your company.

4. Account Registration
You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Service Commitments

  • Pricing is customized based on your business needs
  • Payment is due according to the terms in your Service Agreement
  • All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our guarantee

6. Service Commitments
Any performance targets, service commitments, or guarantees are subject to:

  • Client compliance with agreed project scope and timelines

  • Timely access to required systems, documentation, and resources

  • Active collaboration during onboarding, testing, and review phases

7. Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, documentation, tools, and deliverables provided by QA Levelling, unless otherwise agreed in writing, remain the intellectual property of QA Levelling and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Uses
You may not:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QA Levelling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
